A four-week immersive program designed to give you the confidence, foundation, and strength to step seamlessly into our semi-private training sessions—or any group fitness experience—with poise and purpose.
Why Fundamentals Matter
Starting (or re-starting) your fitness journey can feel intimidating. At Paramount, we believe strength begins with knowledge, confidence, and the right environment. Our Fundamentals Program is more than just an introduction—it’s a masterclass in how to move well, breathe better, and train with intention.
By the end of the four weeks, you’ll know how to:
Breathe with strength and control to improve posture, stability, and confidence—in the gym and beyond.
Execute key lifts—the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift—safely, powerfully, and in a way that works for your body.
Understand your core and glutes as the foundation of every movement, unlocking stronger and more efficient training.
Advocate for yourself in any fitness environment, whether it’s Paramount, a boutique studio, or a big-box gym.
Our Philosophy
Luxury training begins with simplicity. Showing up with curiosity and commitment is all that’s required—everything else we will teach you. You are not too old, and it is never too late. Every rep, every breath, every session moves you toward a stronger version of yourself.
Breath is at the heart of our method. You’ll practice techniques that reduce stress, sharpen focus, and elevate every movement. Combined with proper strength training fundamentals, you’ll not only train better—you’ll feel better.
Program Structure
Each session blends movement mastery with progressive strength and conditioning:
Week One – Breathing, core, and glute activation + full-body strength + cardio conditioning
Week Two – Fundamentals of the Squat
Week Three – Fundamentals of the Bench Press
Week Four – Fundamentals of the Deadlift
Schedule
Fridays at 6:00 AM
