Why this program?
Starting (or restarting) your fitness journey can feel intimidating—but it doesn’t have to. At Paramount, we believe strength begins with knowledge, confidence, and the right environment. With Fundamentals, you’ll learn the essentials of strength training in a small, supportive group.
Fitness is hard, but working in a group of awesome people with similar goals makes it more fun—and more likely that you’ll keep going for a lifetime. Plus, we filter out the nonsense and give you credible, effective information and tips that actually work.
Program Structure
- Week 1: Breathing, core, and glute activation + full-body strength + conditioning
- Week 2: Fundamentals of the Squat
- Week 3: Fundamentals of the Bench Press
- Week 4: Fundamentals of the Deadlift

Fridays at 6:00 AM
