Jeremie has been part of the Paramount team since December 2021 and brings over a decade of experience in martial arts, including Muay Thai, boxing, and kickboxing. As a coach, he leads conditioning and boxing classes, as well as 1-on-1 personal training sessions both in person and virtually.
With more than six years of coaching experience, Jeremie’s approach goes beyond fitness — he focuses on empowerment, confidence, and skill-building. His training style helps clients develop strength, improve movement, and feel more capable both inside and outside the gym. He has a particular passion for working with general fitness clients, new parents, and pre/postnatal individuals, as well as those interested in self-defense.
Jeremie believes that learning to control your breath, body, and reactions can do more than make you stronger — it can help calm your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and change how you move through the world.

Jeremie’s boxing classes are designed for all levels and focus on confidence, control, and capability — not just combat. Each session blends movement, mindfulness, and technique to help you feel powerful, calm, and grounded.
