Kasi’s Philosophy
“My grandma always used to say "There's nowhere you've gotta be fast", and that's an ideology I carry with most things in life. In regards to exercise I like to take it slow and work out any kinks you might have before jumping into the deep end. Slower does not mean easy though and I will push you within your limits and provide you with a challenging workout. I'm a big proponent of variety. I myself can get bored with doing the same thing all the time. I like to change it up and build upon learned skillsets every 4 to 6 weeks to keep things interesting and to keep you engaged. I have a background in Crossfit, Olympic lifting and some basic gymnastics skills. Once form has been established, I always find clients have a lot of fun adding those movements into their programs and for me that's all they're meant to be, just something fun. I mean who doesn't love practicing their handstands?!”
