Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-Show Policy | 3/1/2026

At Paramount, we know life happens — but we also respect our coaches’ time and the commitment of all clients. To make scheduling fair and sustainable for everyone, we’ve updated our cancellation and no-show policy as follows:

Personal Training Sessions

  • Late Cancellation: If you cancel with less than 24-hour notice, you will not lose the session, but a $40 late cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.

  • No-Show: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without canceling, you will lose a session in your package.

Classes (Semi-Private & Group Fitness)

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within the required notice period will result in a $15 late cancellation fee, charged to the card on file.
Gym members may sign up for group fitness classes at no cost, but late cancellations are subject to the $15 fee.

No-Show: If you do not attend a class without canceling, you will be marked as a no-show and lose one session from your package.
For group fitness classes, gym members will be charged a $15 no-show fee.

General Notes

  • All cancellations should be made through our booking system or via the proper app/email instructions provided at the time of booking.

  • Fees are charged automatically to the card on file.

  • Policies are in place to help ensure class spots and trainer time are respected and available to all members.
