Our women’s strength training sessions are designed to help you feel capable, confident, and resilient in every season of life.

Our Philosophy on Women’s Strength Training

Women’s bodies are incredible, and they deserve training that adapts to the changing phases of life. Our programs are thoughtfully tailored to address your unique needs while keeping the atmosphere light-hearted, positive, and filled with just enough “woo” and playful energy to make workouts fun.

What We Focus On:

  • Safety First – Every session is built with your current stage of life in mind. From pregnancy to postmenopause, our certified trainers ensure exercises are safe, effective, and adaptable.

  • Breath & Mind-Body Connection – Breathing techniques aren’t just for calming down (though they help!). We teach breathwork that supports your lifts, posture, core, and focus.

  • Core & Pelvic Floor Strength – From reducing back pain to improving stability and confidence, our workouts strengthen your foundation so you can move better in daily life.

  • Mobility & Longevity – Training isn’t just about building strength—it’s about staying agile, balanced, and capable for years to come.

  • Adaptable Workouts – Energy levels change, hormones shift, and bodies evolve. Every exercise can be scaled up or down so you always feel challenged but never overworked.

Private Sessions

If you have specific goals—whether that’s preparing for a competition, building strength from the ground up, or recovering from an injury—private 1-on-1 sessions with one of our expert trainers may be the best fit.

That said, we’ve found that our small group classes often lead to the most success. Not only do you build a consistent, effective routine, but you also get to connect with other badass women in the neighborhood who are lifting, laughing, and growing right alongside you.

Because let’s be real: we’re always stronger (and have more fun) together.

Semi-Private Training Sessions

Our semi-private sessions are the sweet spot between personal training and group fitness. You’ll get individualized coaching tailored to your goals, while also benefiting from the energy and accountability of training alongside other strong, inspiring women.

Expect focused attention from your trainer, plenty of high-fives, and a welcoming space where it’s totally normal to celebrate hitting a PR and laugh about life in between sets.

When:

  • Mondays at 7:00 AM with Michael Guzman

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:00 AM with Megan Mitchell (Pre/Postnatal athletes are welcomed and encouraged—you’ll be supported every step of the way!)

Prefer to train on your own schedule? We’ve got you covered. Our Paramount app includes comprehensive workout plans designed to keep you progressing with confidence and purpose.

  • General Strength & Conditioning – Four-week programs that focus on form, posture, core stability, and progressive strength building.

  • Pre & Postnatal Programs – Safe, effective workouts tailored from the second trimester through postpartum recovery.

Each plan is built by our certified trainers and includes:

And to make sure you’re on track, you’ll also get a complimentary 30-minute strategy session every three months with Alex or Megan—perfect for reviewing form, learning new movements, or troubleshooting challenges.
