What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation and deep relaxation practice designed to calm the nervous system and help the body fully rest and recover.

Often called "yogic sleep," Yoga Nidra guides you into a deeply relaxed state while remaining comfortably awake and aware. The practice is performed lying down and requires no physical movement.
